I decided to get a $500 dollar loan at the end of February 2024. My interest rate 369.98% unbelievable my average payment was $86 dollars.

I have been making my payments on time. I did miss one but made up for it. I was told that I had to call there office to make payments and there a $3 convenience fee to run your card btw with them. They started off calling a day early and asking if I wanted to make it early.

On the day of your payment or if u miss they will try and run your card 5 times at least (which has a fee) and BLOW up your phone or anyone of your referrals. Absolutely harass you I finally got pissed of talking to them to make a payment and pulled up my info with them online at the end of May and I still owe 500 at least the full amount of the loan. I've payed 200, 150, 86 86,and 86 This was all my payments by the end of May that is the total amount of 608. I went back and looked and I haft to repay THEM 1,124.38 to be considered fully paid off with a 500 dollar loan.

Wtf it's a complete rip off not only did they charge my card 3 times a day but until I started paying online when I did pay it doesn't show I did and there no convince fee online. Just to run my card. Cost $20 dollars a day or more in interest everyday it's not completely paid off. Seriously...

if your considering this. Don't...huge mistake shaddy company even if u think u can pay it on time they will find a way to *** you over.

I am trying to pay off my title loan that I have had with LendNation for a little over a year now. I have found another lending company that will pay off the loan, so that I can start paying them instead. The interest rate is significantly lower and the monthly payments are half of what I pay LendNation. I have been paying $353 every two weeks to LendNation for over a year now, and my payoff balance is just increasing, but I can't afford to pay any more than $700 a month.

The issue I am having is with the Dickson branch of LendNation; they are saying they will not accept a check from LendMark (also in Dickson) to pay off the title loan. LendMark has agreed to leave the title at LendNation until the check clears, but LendNation of Dickson still insists that they will only accept cash.

I don't have $4,738 in cash to do so. Is there any way they could accept this check from LendMark and keep the title until the check clears?

A little over a month ago, I took out an emergency personal loan with LendNation and had a pleasant experience with them at the time. However, I went to pay off the loan balance in full early...and that's where the issues began.

First, I was told that my monthly payment was still pending so I wasn't allowed to pay off in full yet. At the time, I was a little frustrated, but shrugged it off. The next day, I tried to pay it off again, but they refused to let me do it in my online account. Finally, on day three, I was able to get in touch with a representative that was willing to help me get the loan paid off and taken care of, but the call was "dropped" before he could complete the process.

Since then, I have been blatantly ignored by their customer support team. When told all agents were busy, I left my number to "save my place in line"...two hours went by, and no one ever called. So then I called them again and decided to wait it out on hold. Still, no one ever picked up and after 40 minutes, I finally hung up.

I also went to my local branch, only to be told that there was nothing that could be done since I took out my loan online and not through one of their stores.

Given all of these circumstances, I truly feel that they are trying to prevent me from paying off my loan balance early, because they want to keep me tied down with all that extra interest.

If I am proven wrong and I actually get some real help, I will be more than happy to retract this review, but it should not be this difficult to pay off a loan balance. I should not be punished for paying off early.
